Job summary

The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium is seeking an HVAC maintenance professional to support the facilities team in Anchorage, AK. You will assist with preventive maintenance, repairs, and system monitoring across hospital and clinical facilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; completion of formal apprenticeship preferred.
• Experience: non-supervisory, with options for no prior experience; apprenticeship program advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems including air handling units, chillers, and related equipment.
• Respond to service requests and emergency after-hours calls as needed.
• Assist in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems and related building infrastructure.
