Yukon-Kuskokwim Health Corporation is seeking a Utility Systems Technician in Bethel, AK, to perform a range of mechanical and preventative maintenance on hospital utility systems. The role emphasizes electrical, HVAC, water/sewer, medical gas and security tasks in a regional health system.

On‑the‑job training is provided for boiler-related work. Candidates should have a high school diploma, basic computer knowledge, a valid Alaska driver’s license, and familiarity with HVAC/DDC controls.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade/technical school preferred.
• Basic knowledge of boilers and boiler room equipment; on‑the‑job training provided.
• Basic knowledge of computers.
• Valid Alaska Driver’s License.
• Basic plumbing and electrical tools.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems including computerized DDC control.

Responsabilidades

• Performs general mechanical and preventative maintenance for hospital Utility Systems: electrical, emergency power, HVAC, water, sewer, steam, medical gas, medical vacuum, fuel, communications and security.
