Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to assist seasoned Service Technicians in installing and repairing environmental control systems at customer locations. You will learn refrigeration theory, pipe fitting, and blueprints while supported by mentors and a structured four-year apprenticeship program (TAP) nationally registered.

No prior industry experience is required; a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are preferred.

Qualifications

• No industry experience required; HVAC training/education not mandatory but considered for proficiency and starting pay.

Responsibilities

• Identify, examine, diagnose, and plan for equipment repair at customer locations.
• Work with supervising field technician, project manager and customers to understand installation requirements.
• Use blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units; employ tools safely.
