Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an HVAC Technician Apprentice to assist seasoned technicians with installation and repair of environmental control systems at customer sites. The program is a four-year, Nationally Registered apprenticeship with paid instruction and on‑the‑job training, leading to a recognized credential and advancement to a HVAC Service Technician.

The role requires technical HVAC training or a related certificate, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Technical school certificates and/or formal HVAC training/experience is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• EPA Universal required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customer satisfaction by servicing products, equipment, and systems at customer locations.
• Work with supervising field technician, project manager and customers to understand on-site installation requirements.
• Use blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Maintain safety standards and protect company assets.
