Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems in installation and testing.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overhead.

Responsibilities

• Install and mount heat pumps, including the refrigerant lines.
• Install and test ERV systems.
• Assemble and install ductwork, ensuring it's sealed correctly for optimal airflow.
• Perform performance tests on HVAC systems.
• Help inspect completed work to ensure it meets our quality standards.
• Work alongside licensed plumbers and electricians as we build our homes.
• Follow all safety protocols and learn about building and energy codes.
• Learn and practice proper refrigerant handling and documentation to maintain EPA compliance.
