Job summary

Teksky LLC is seeking an HVAC installer in Massachusetts to install air-source heat pump systems, including both ducted and ductless mini-splits, in residential properties.

You will run refrigerant lines, mount indoor and outdoor units, and complete system startup and commissioning, working with crew leads to meet daily production goals while following safety rules and building codes.

Qualifications

• Experience installing ductless mini-splits and/or ducted heat pump systems.
• EPA Section 608 certification preferred; willingness to obtain certification may be considered.
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and other confined residential spaces.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to clean, code-compliant installations.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
