We are looking for 1-2 HVAC Installation Technicians to join our team! Your role will be to install new & replace existing heating and air conditioning systems & ductwork, mini-splits & heat pumps for our metro-west based customers in Wellesley, Weston, Newton, Needham, Chestnut Hill, Natick & other surrounding towns. A positive attitude is a must!

Primary Responsibilities

• Install heat pumps, gas furnaces and air conditioning systems
• Install mini-splits & ducted heat pumps
• Install ductwork in homes
• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements

Secondary Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance (as needed)
• Respond to emergency requests
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
