The position requires journeyman licenses, EPA refrigerant certification, and 6+ years of related experience, with preference for operators of specific systems. Immediate start; full-time with on-site work.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
• Trade or vocational school training completed.
• Must hold Journeyman gas fitter (JG) or Journeyman Refrigeration (JR) license.
• EPA refrigerant recovery certificate required.
• Six years of related HVAC experience or licenses.
• Two years of Direct Digital Control (DDC) programming experience.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge; OSHA 10-hour trained.
• Valid NM driver's license with insurable record.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Schedule events in DDC system.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Approve purchases for materials with supervisor.
• Coordinate contractors for plumbing repairs.
• Record work in the district's work order system.
• Follow PPE and Safety Plan requirements.
