Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Four years full-time experience with operation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment and control systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must possess EPA universal refrigerant recovery certification and NM Journeyman Refrigeration License.
• Pre-employment background and driving record checks required.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and operate HVAC systems and components.
• Inspect and calibrate HVAC controls, ductwork, and safety valves.
• Analyze drawings and schematics to troubleshoot malfunctions.
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal overhaul of systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and state regulations.
