• The Educator: You can explain a cracked heat exchanger or a failing compressor to a homeowner in plain English without sounding apologetic or aggressive
• The Professional: You treat the customer's home like your own. You document measurements, photos, and options clearly because you take pride in your paperwork
• Credentials: EPA 608 Certification and a clean driving record are required
