About the Position: We're seeking a Full-Time HVAC Residential Technician to join our expanding team in Tampa and surrounding cities. Ideal candidates should have 5 to 10 years of experience in residential HVAC. What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience; top earners make between $27 and $30 per hour. A company provided vehicle with expenses covered. Key Responsibilities: Service, maintain, install, and repair HVAC systems for residential customers. Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical, and electrical components of HVAC systems. Complete HVAC jobs promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality service. Work independently and coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and inform customers of any delays. Qualifications: Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking). Valid Florida driver’s license with a clean record. Valid social security number. Successfully pass a background check and drug test. EPA Certification required; OSHA 10 certification preferred (not required). Physical/Work Environment Requirements: Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Capability to bend, stoop, squat, climb, kneel, and twist as needed. Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, around moving equipment, and on ladders.
