Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking HVAC technicians and customer service professionals to join our nationwide team. You will service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems, diagnose issues, and ensure clean, safe work areas.

A strong communicator with technical knowledge will thrive; background check and drug screen are required. Onsite work with flexible scheduling across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in HVAC industry.
• NATE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
• No overnight Oncall

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
