Job summary

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to service, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will diagnose issues, perform necessary repairs, and ensure each job area is left clean and safe.

Strong communication and a clean driving record are essential for success. The position offers competitive pay and room for advancement within a national network of franchise locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior, successful experience as an HVAC Technician.
• NATE certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills and technical competence.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot malfunctions and determine extent of repairs.
• Maintains a neat work area and ensures cleanliness after each job.
• Conveys a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving.
• Wears floor savers while in the client's home.
• Maintains company vehicle, keeping it clean inside and out.

Job Summary

This position performs service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting.

Job Duties

• Services, maintains, and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Conveys a safety‑conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wears floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintains company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry
• NATE certification preferred
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
• Clean driving record

Compensation: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
