One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians and customer service professionals to join our nationwide team. You will perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial systems, delivering top-tier customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have prior, successful experience as a Technician in the HVAC industry.
• Must display strong communication skills and technical competence.

Responsibilities

• Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
• Determine general condition of HVAC systems, and troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Always maintain a neat work area and inspect it for cleanliness after completion of each job
• Convey a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
• Wear floor savers while in the client’s home
• Maintain company vehicle, ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside

Job Summary

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
