Your New Role:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and carry out necessary repairs efficiently by way of Dyess’s Service System protocol.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent system failures and optimize performance.
• Maintain open communication with dispatch, your manager, and other teams.
• Collaborate with clients to explain service options, and pricing, and address their concerns or questions.
• Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and regulations during installation and repair work.
• Properly complete paperwork and records of equipment and service history to facilitate future maintenance.
• Present yourself, along with your company truck and company-supplied items, cleanly and professionally.
• Ensure your truck is consistently stocked and organized with the necessary tools, parts, and supplies.
• Be willing to engage in continuous training and professional development opportunities.
• Join the on-call rotation.

Pay:

• $20.00-$45.00 hourly depending on experience
• Earn extra incentives through our Tech-Generated Revenue Spiff program

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician
• Strong customer service, and communication skills. Positive attitude, and willing to put the work in.
• Exhibit familiarity with industry-standard software, showcasing the ability to navigate and utilize essential tools and technologies in the field
• Demonstrate adaptability in various work environments, showcasing the ability to learn and adjust to new tasks and challenges
• A valid driver's license, ensuring the ability to travel as necessary for job-related responsibilities
• Successfully pass a clean background check and drug test, ensuring compliance with company standards and maintaining a secure work environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
