The HVAC Technician is a position within the line of operations of C&W Services. The incumbent is responsible for performing the day-to-day maintenance of all mechanical systems and equipment including but not limited to oil and gas fire heating equipment, chillers, cooling towers, fans, pumps, heat exchangers, humidification/dehumidification equipment, ancillary support equipment, water treatment, controls and BMS for all campus buildings and other assigned work. This position is key in that all systems must be operational at all times. Specific responsibilities for this individual will be determined by client expectations and the Maintenance Manager.Job Description

The employee works indoors and outdoors and is exposed to changing conditions. The employee frequently works in hot, cold, wet and/or humid conditions.
