You will diagnose heating and cooling issues, present repair and replacement options to homeowners, and perform the work with precision. Must have a valid driver's license and be committed to quality workmanship.

Intelligent Service Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drain Cleaning is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our growing team in Mount Prospect, IL. YOUR SCHEDULE

This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with no on-call responsibilities and no weekend shifts.

YOUR DAY

As our HVAC Technician, you'll start each day heading to homes where homeowners are counting on you to solve their heating and cooling challenges. You'll accurately diagnose system issues, explain your findings in a way customers can understand, and present them with options ranging from repairs and maintenance agreements to complete system replacements. After helping the homeowner make an informed decision, you'll perform the work with precision, document everything in ServiceTitan, and head to your next opportunity.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience, experience presenting repair and replacement options to homeowners, and familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar software are preferred.

Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.
