NH Ross is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician or Installer in Long Island. In this role, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems in residential properties.

Your expertise will ensure client comfort by providing reliable HVAC solutions. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $120,000 per year, along with additional bonuses and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician &/or Installer at NH Ross, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. Your role is vital in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our clients by providing efficient and reliable HVAC solutions. You will work closely with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality installations and service. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to outstanding customer service.

PAY RANGE: $70,000 - $120,000 Per Year with Additional Bonus Opportunities

$5,000.00 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Repair and Replace HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, and existing ductwork in residential settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose HVAC system malfunctions and provide effective solutions to repair them.
• Communicate with clients to explain service options, provide estimates, and address any questions.
• Maintain detailed records of services rendered and parts used during repairs and installations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to provide clients with the best service possible.
