Role Description

We are seeking experienced, self-driven HVAC Service Technicians to grow our team. Applicants must have an EPA 608 certification, a minimum of two years field experience, and a valid driver’s license. Experience and skill in Sheet Metal Work is beneficial, though not required.

This role is full time, based in Lancaster, PA and will involve on-site work. Technicians will be responsible for a variety of tasks, such as install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of residential and commercial systems, provide excellent customer service, accurately account for truck stock and materials purchased, maintain digital job records through field management software, manage time wisely, and other related duties.

Starting wage is $21 - $37 per hour, based on qualifications and experience level. Employees have the opportunity for wage increases after the first 90 days of service, and then annually, based on performance. Employee benefits include 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
