Role: Experienced, self-driven HVAC Service Technicians. This is a full-time position based in Lancaster, PA and involves on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair various types of residential and commercial systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and accurate accounting for truck stock and materials purchased.
• Maintain digital job records through field management software.
• Manage time effectively and perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

• EPA 608 Certification (License)
• Excellent customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits

Starting wage is $21 - $37 per hour, based on qualifications and experience level. Wage increases after the first 90 days and then annually, based on performance. Employee benefits include 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
