Job summary

ABM in Kingston, GA is seeking an HVAC Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls. You will work on chilled water systems, boilers, and related mechanical, electrical, and building systems to meet client expectations.

The role offers a 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends/overtime as needed and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience with HVAC and refrigeration systems.
• Familiar with boilers and chillers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs and installation of HVAC and refrigeration equipment and controls.
• Service chilled water systems, boilers and related building systems.
• Coordinate work with building operations and client requests.

Job description

The HVAC Technician performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.

Pay: $32.00/hour

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (weekends/overtime as needed)
