Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Senior HVAC Technician in Bethesda, MD to maintain and service commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at assigned client sites.

You will diagnose and repair most HVAC and refrigeration issues independently, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and ABM standards. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm; Pay: $42–$45 per hour.

The Senior HVAC Technician is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and mechanical systems at the assigned client sites. This position serves as a fully functioning technician capable of independently diagnosing and resolving most HVAC and refrigeration issues while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with client expectations and ABM standards.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm

Pay: $42 - $45 per hour.
