ABM Industries is seeking an HVAC Technician to maintain, repair, and install HVAC and refrigeration equipment in a commercial building. The role includes troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, performing rounds and preventive maintenance, and assisting with energy conservation strategies.

Job Description
The HVAC Technician performs maintenance, repairs and installation of assigned HVAC and Refrigeration equipment and controls, chilled water systems, boilers, and various other mechanical, electrical and building systems in accordance with client expectations and requests.
Pay $33 - $45 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
1st shift (Monday - Friday) 7am to 3:30pm with some OT.
