HVAC Technician Location: Houston, TX Pay: $30/hour Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40 hours/week

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our Facilities team. This role will support company properties throughout Houston by performing HVAC troubleshooting, minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and assisting with general maintenance needs. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who can evaluate HVAC issues, verify repair needs, and help ensure vendor recommendations and repair costs are accurate.

Responsibilities
