A local HVAC service provider is seeking a skilled professional to repair, maintain, and install HVAC systems in Dallas. The ideal candidate will ensure optimal functionality through timely repairs and regular maintenance. Responsibilities include troubleshooting malfunctioning systems, servicing residential and light commercial HVAC systems, and maintaining accurate documentation. Candidates should have relevant experience, obtain EPA Certification, and possess the necessary tools. This is a full-time, hourly position.

Qualifications

• Two to Four years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required.
• Must pass drug screen and background check.
• EPA Certification and TDLR License necessary.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, maintenance, and installation on HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine necessary repairs.
• Maintain refrigerant dispensing records to meet federal requirements.
• Wire and connect various HVAC system components.

Role

Role: Seeking a skilled professional to repair, maintain and install HVAC systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal functionality of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units through timely repairs, and regular maintenance. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service to ensure the comfort and safety of our clients.

Responsibilities

• This position performs service, repair, maintenance and some installation on HVAC systems in a residential and light commercial setting
• Determines general condition of HVAC systems, and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
• Repair, replace, or calibrate controls, thermostats, switches, fuses, and electrical wiring
• Fabricate, assemble, and install duct work and piping according to specifications and code
• Wire and connect motors, compressors, temperature controls, and humidity controls according to wiring schematics
• Relocate and expand existing HVAC systems as needed
• Maintain refrigerant dispensing records to meet federal requirements
• Services residential and light commercial HVAC systems
