Job summary

Renew Cannabis Co. is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to support the operation and maintenance of one of our industrial facilities outside of Harrisburg, PA.

This hands-on role keeps critical HVAC and environmental systems operating safely, efficiently, and reliably. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial or industrial HVAC experience and can troubleshoot complex equipment while working with facility and maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial or industrial HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with facility and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of commercial and/or industrial HVAC systems and related equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and controls-related issues to minimize downtime and maintain reliable facility operations.
• Monitor system performance, including temperature, humidity, and airflow, and identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
• Respond to equipment failures and service needs, completing repairs safely and in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with facility and maintenance teams on HVAC-related needs.
