Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC maintenance and repair experience.
• Industrial environment experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and HVAC control systems.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, equipment manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, cooling, ventilation, and air-handling equipment.
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and complete repairs efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
• Service air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, chillers, rooftop units, air handlers, pumps, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and control components associated with HVAC systems.
• Monitor temperatures, pressures, airflow, and other system operating conditions.
• Perform refrigerant-related service in accordance with applicable regulations and company procedures.
• Inspect HVAC equipment and identify potential problems before equipment failure occurs.
