Job summary

One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning - Fullerton is seeking a motivated HVAC Sales & Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential systems and to discuss options with homeowners for repairs, replacements, and comfort improvements. The role starts as a part-time position and will transition to full-time within two months.

The successful candidate will combine strong technical skills with clear communication and a strong customer service mindset to help customers make informed

Qualifications

• Previous HVAC service technician experience required.
• Centrally located to North Orange County and able to cover evenings/weekends.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and recommending solutions.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high service standards.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Perform system inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to improve efficiency.

• Present repair and upgrade options clearly and honestly.

We are seeking a motivated HVAC Sales & Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and maintain residential heating and air conditioning systems while helping homeowners understand their options for repair, replacement, and improved comfort solutions. This will start as a part time position that will transition into a full time position in the next 2 months.

This position is ideal for a technician who enjoys working directly with customers, building trust, and recommending the best solutions for their home. You will combine strong technical skills with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners.

The right candidate has prior experience as an HVAC service technician, holds anEPA certification, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while identifying opportunities to improve system performance and comfort.

A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to help customers make informed decisions are essential.
