Position Summary

The HVAC Technician role is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems to ensure safe, efficient, and dependable performance. You’ll diagnose problems, complete repairs, perform scheduled maintenance, and support customers with clear recommendations.

This is a full-time position with a hybrid work location type based in MD, providing the opportunity to work hands-on in the field while supporting broader team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, components, and related equipment.

• Perform diagnostics to identify issues, determine effective solutions, and restore systems to proper working order.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to improve system efficiency and longevity.

• Complete service documentation accurately and communicate findings and recommendations professionally.

• Ensure work is completed in accordance with safety standards, applicable codes, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician (or equivalent hands‑on training and service experience).

Compensation

Hourly rate: $30 - $40
