CLASSIFICATION: W-2 hourly or 1099 hourly. Part-time.
COMPENSATION RANGE: $15.00 - $35.00 per our commensurate on experience, education and credentials. Benefits also include paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance premium support, retirement benefits.
WORK SCHEDULE: Up to 20 hours per week as scheduled by the supervisor and on call as needed
ANTICIPATED TRAVEL: 50% of the time. You will use a company vehicle. There is no additional compensation for travel.

SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable HVAC Technician to perform inspections, repairs, installations, and routine maintenance across a variety of residential and commercial properties. This part-time role offers flexible hours and is ideal for a licensed technician seeking supplemental work or project-based assignments.
The HVAC Technician will respond to service calls and support seasonal maintenance and system upgrades, ensuring energy efficiency, tenant comfort, and code compliance.
SCHEDULED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist supervisor with work related requests.
Responsible for following regulations of COMAR, CARF, any other regulatory body, and company policies/ procedures related to service delivery and documentation and co-facilitating of all new hires to these as well.
Support the maintenance of a safe environment by participating in training and drills as requested.
Maintain confidentiality of records relating to clients treatment.
Participate in external and internal audits/surveys (CARF/CSA/OHCQ) as directed by the supervisor.
Participates in quality assurance and performance improvement plans by completing periodic audits or other activities to ensure regulatory compliance and/or improve service delivery.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Regularly walk, stand or stoop; occasionally lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects weighing up to 100 pounds; and regularly drives a motor vehicle.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
May be required to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Exposure to potentially hazardous materials, heights, and tight spaces.
Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required in certain situations.
