Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing, repairing, and recommending upgrades for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our residential clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with clients on their indoor air, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems, and provide replacement options.
  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, filter replacements, and system tune‑ups, when needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients about system performance, issues, and solutions.
  • Ensure all work meets safety and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and document recommendations and repairs.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete assigned jobs efficiently.
  • Stay up to date with industry advancements and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Technical school or HVAC certification preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC maintenance, service and repair.
  • EPA certification, and Journeyman's license (a plus)
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, and refrigerants.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Work Environment:

Works in field environments across residential job sites, climbing ladders and navigating uneven surfaces. Regularly works in confined spaces and moves materials up to 50 pounds. Operates hand and power tools and vehicles. Must be able to see, hear, and exchange accurate information with customers and team members. Regular exposure to outdoor weather, noise, and dust.
