Qualifications

• HVAC certification required.
• Three years of commercial HVAC maintenance/repair experience required.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical docs.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs on HVAC systems.
• Serve as SME in HVAC and support complex system repairs and installations.
• Document work orders, preventive maintenance, and inspections in CMMS.
