Qualifications

• 5+ HVAC industry experience preferred; former HVAC technicians will be strongly considered.
• 3+ years of instructor-led training experience with a strong track record of positive results.
• Excellent presentation skills in front of small (2-3) and large (50-100) audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical (installation & setup) training and sales training in formal instructor-led classroom settings.
• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the entire Nest product portfolio.
• Provide weekly recaps summarizing training statistics and key metrics.
