Job summary

Service Experts is seeking a Technical Trainer to design, develop and deliver training on safety, installation, maintenance, service and repair. You will prepare literature and materials, and conduct live and web-based classes from a home/office setting.

The role requires enthusiastic, knowledgeable trainers with solid technical aptitude, strong communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and managers to improve training programs.

Job description

Welcome!Responsible for preparing, conducting and evaluating technical training. Will need to write literature and materials to be used in programs and design exercises to enhance the training experience. Will need to conduct live and web-based classes regarding safety, installation, maintenance, service and repair, tech communications. Trainer will have to report back to the training team and respective managers as to how the training went and possibly areas that need focus for an individual.
