Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a Technical Trainer to prepare, conduct, and evaluate technical training programs. You will design exercises, write literature, and deliver live and web-based sessions on safety, installation, maintenance, service, and repair.

You will report to the training team and managers, focusing on continuous improvement and learner outcomes. The role requires enthusiasm, solid technical aptitude, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years minimum experience in technical training or related field.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience designing training materials and curricula.

Responsibilities

• Plans, designs, develops, and delivers technical training programs.
• Conducts live and web-based classes on safety, installation, maintenance, service and repair.
• Writes training literature and materials for programs.
• Reports back to training team and managers on training outcomes.
• Evaluates training effectiveness and recommends improvements.
