You will troubleshoot via phone and ticketing systems, diagnose residential and light commercial equipment, analyze performance data, read wiring diagrams, and provide clear guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC technical experience.
• Strong knowledge of split systems, heat pumps, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics.
• Solid troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Professional communication and a customer-focused approach.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

This office-based role is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who enjoys the technical side of the industry and wants to leverage their expertise in a support-focused environment.

This is not a field technician role and not a sales position. Instead, you'll serve as a trusted technical resource, helping contractors and technicians diagnose equipment issues and determine the best path forward.

What You'll Be Doing

Technical Troubleshooting

• Provide HVAC troubleshooting support via phone and ticketing systems
• Assist contractors and technicians with residential and light commercial equipment diagnostics
• Analyze system performance, wiring diagrams, and refrigeration circuits
• Interpret voltage, amperage, pressure readings, and operational data
• Identify whether issues are related to installation, operation, or component failure
• Provide accurate and timely technical guidance

Documentation & Case Management

• Document diagnostic findings and technical recommendations
• Maintain organized and detailed case records
• Ensure claims and warranty cases meet internal technical standards
• Track cases through resolution while maintaining a high level of customer support

What We're Looking For
