Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is seeking an HVAC Technician to join our client’s maintenance team in a dynamic commercial/industrial facility environment. The role focuses on operating, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across multiple buildings, with a strong emphasis on proactive problem solving and documentation.

You will troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, manage Corrigo work orders, and support small installation projects.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration systems, with commercial experience preferred.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge is beneficial.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair HVAC equipment including air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, and reheat coils.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control systems to ensure optimal performance and comfort inside the buildings.
• Manage work orders using Corrigo system, perform preventative maintenance, and check system pressures and voltages.
• Assist with limited support on new installation projects and maintain accurate system documentation.
• Perform general maintenance tasks such as replacing lighting, moving equipment, and supporting vendor management.

As a HVAC Technician, you will be part of the maintenance support department supporting the operational efficiency of multiple buildings. Pay Range: $34/hour

Shift: 8am-4:30pm
