LG Electronics seeks a Technical Training Content Developer to design and build engaging digital learning content for LG HVAC products. The role centers on eLearning, microlearning, video-based training, and multimedia creation, collaborating with instructional designers and SMEs to translate complex technical information into learner-centered content.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of experience in technical training, strong Adobe CC skills, and proficiency with Storyline/Rise.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience developing technical training content.
• Experience with eLearning, microlearning and video-based learning.
• Proficiency with Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar tools.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills including Premiere Pro and Photoshop.

Responsabilidades

• Develop eLearning modules, microlearning content, and video-based training materials.
• Create and edit instructional videos, graphics, animations, and other multimedia assets.
• Collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers to convert technical information into engaging learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain digital training content aligned with product launches and updates.
• Support the creation and revision of instructor-led training materials.
• Manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and quality standards.
