Job summary

Seacoast Service Partners is seeking a dedicated HVAC Service Technician in Florida to diagnose, repair, and maintain systems with a focus on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

You will perform preventative maintenance, document service notes, and uphold PPE and safety procedures while working with a team and standalone in-field. EPA certification and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Certification.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift equipment and work in outdoor conditions or confined spaces.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems and equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate repair recommendations and solutions clearly with customers.
• Complete service calls safely, efficiently, and accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation, invoices, and service records.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance.
• Support team productivity and overall branch success.
