Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Licensed HVAC Technician to service residential, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Boston area. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems, ensuring safe operations and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and maintaining accurate records. A valid license, 2–5 years of experience, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

  • Valid HVAC Technician License as required by state or local regulations.
  • High school diploma or GED required; technical or vocational training preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of HVAC installation and service experience.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and controls.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Description Summary

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.

The compensation for the position is: $40.22 - $47.32
