Job summary

Seneca Resources is seeking an HVAC Technician III for on-site support in Mobile, AL. This contract-to-hire role covers preventative and corrective maintenance of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, refrigeration, and control systems at client facilities.

You will inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, repair as needed, and document activities. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC experience, HVAC certification, and a valid driver's license with universal refrigeration credentials if required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC technician experience with knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, boilers, and refrigeration.
• HVAC certification or formal training in HVAC operations.
• Valid driver’s license and applicable licenses/certifications, including universal refrigeration license if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and general maintenance of HVAC systems across facilities.
• Inspect equipment, troubleshoot issues, and perform repairs to ensure uptime.
• Support electrical controls, water treatment programs, and maintain documentation of activities.
• Adhere to safety standards and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
