Job summary

Fortiuscap is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will work independently to accurately diagnose issues, explain options to customers, and complete high-quality service with attention to detail.

Responsibilities include servicing furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, boilers, rooftops, and mini-splits, performing inspections, and providing accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of HVAC service experience.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• EPA certification preferred.

The ideal candidate is confident diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. This position requires strong technical skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and the office team. We are looking for someone who can work independently, accurately diagnose system issues, recommend appropriate solutions, and complete work with a high standard of quality.

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• EPA certification preferred
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus

Compensation

$45.00–$55.00 per hour, depending on experience, technical ability, and qualifications.
