Job summary

TE Spall & Son, LLC in Northeastern PA is hiring Residential HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC units in homes across Scranton, Wilkes-Barre and surrounding areas.

We offer competitive pay ($65,135–$103,000 per year) plus bonuses, a $1,500 sign-on bonus, company vehicle with gas card, comprehensive medical and 401K with match, and ongoing training. Join a team that emphasizes training, safety, and continuous growth with weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving skills.
• EPA certification required; NATE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to customers in residential settings.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC units and their components.
• Inform and educate customers about system maintenance and additional services.
• Travel to job sites and coordinate with dispatch to keep customers informed.
• Learn and apply the TE Spall & Son HVAC Technician Method; training provided.

WhatYOUwill be responsible for as an HVAC Service Technician:

• Providing EXCEPTIONAL service to our customers
• Diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC units and their components in residential applications
• Informing and educating customers about their systems and additional services that we provide to benefit them
• Traveling to job sites and working closely with our dispatch team to keep customers informed throughout the process
• Learning the T.E. Spall & Son HVAC Technician Method (Don’t worry, we will train you to be successful!)

HVAC Technician Qualifications:

3+ years of residential HVAC service experience

A customer-focused mindset - you take pride in helping people

A team player with a professional, positive attitude

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

• Must be able to access attics and tight spaces safely

EPA Certification required

NATE Certification preferred (but not required)
