What You Will Do

How You Will Do It

Tradesman shall perform mechanical installations and drive results, mentored by peers and other assigned work under the labor agreement. Troubleshoot and resolve problems. Respond to basic warranty calls. Keep JCI, contractors, and customers informed of job progress and issues as needed. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

Required

Pay Range

Pay Range: $23.59 hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement.
