What you will do

We are seeking a skilled HVAC systems serviceman with experience in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to work on advanced heavy commercial and industrial equipment.

How will you do it

We provide factory certification through our Service Technical Academy (STA), with milestone recognition, monetary rewards, and opportunities for advancement. We offer top-tier technology, equipment, uniforms, and prioritize employee safety. You will be equipped with tools and a vehicle to perform your duties at the highest standard.

Servicemen must have practical experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. Passing an examination to demonstrate specific skills may be required. The scope of work includes maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems, including RTUs, Boilers, AHUs, Pumps, and Split Systems.

What we look for

Required

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Two (2) to five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in HVAC
• Ability to complete a 30-hour OSHA Certification after hours and on weekends upon hire
• Computer literacy with good verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience
• Refrigeration Certification (preferred)
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
