Summary of Job Duties: This position is responsible for the maintenance and modification of HVAC/R equipment and Building Automation System (BAS) related to the operation of HVAC equipment that serve’s the medical, educational, and research facilities on the UAMS Campus. These systems are vital to the safety, comfort, and general wellbeing of patients, students and employees. This position is also responsible for assisting with all problems and/or emergencies relating to facility issues on the UAMS Campus.
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED PLUS One (1) year HVAC/R installation and repair experience.
  • Technical degree in HVAC/R or related may be accepted in lieu of experience
  • Valid Driver's License.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • EPA 608 Universal License.
