Job summary

Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience across building components.
- Experience with controls, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
- HVAC training certification or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC systems.
- Support housing maintenance with general repairs and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and campus departments as needed.
