Valid driver’s license for day and night driving.
2–5 years of HVAC maintenance experience across building components.
HVAC training certification or trade school experience.
Knowledge of building HVAC components and systems.
Must possess Utah driver’s license.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot CMMS and related tools.

Responsibilities

Provide preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems and related equipment.
Support housing maintenance by assisting in general repairs.
Respond to service requests and on‑call after hours as needed.
Assist in training, mentoring, and onboarding of new hires.
Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and campus departments as required.
Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting and repair skills for housing HVAC systems.
