Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field is required.
• 5+ years of HVAC and mechanical system design, construction, operations, or maintenance experience is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive continuous improvement in HVAC and mechanical systems to increase energy efficiency, reduce environmental impact, and enhance performance.
• Develop and own the roadmap for enhancing efficiency and reducing total cost of ownership for sustainable HVAC systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to deliver complex projects.
• Oversee capital projects from scoping through commissioning and launch, ensuring alignment with business value.
• Provide technical leadership on BMS, HVAC and mechanical system design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
• Travel up to 50%.
