Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to support product development and deployment of sustainability technologies across Global Engineering Services. The role focuses on HVAC systems, energy efficiency, and cross-functional project leadership to deliver scalable solutions for Amazon facilities.

Ideal candidates have HVAC design/construction experience, program management proficiency, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while aligning with business goals and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• 2+ years of HVAC design or maintenance experience.
• 2+ years of technical program management experience.
• Experience managing multiple programs and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive continuous improvement in HVAC and mechanical systems to increase energy efficiency and performance.
• Lead capital projects from scoping through commissioning.
• Develop enterprise-wide HVAC strategy and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs and report performance to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
